Remember: WMD Lies, Torture, Rendition, Spying
34,260 US Soldiers Killed or Maimed because of LIES
The Abuse Of Power by Bush & Cheney is the cause of all our troubles.
Protect your rights and freedom, and economic security from criminal activity by our leaders by making the Justice Department Prosecute the Bush Officials who violated our Federal laws.
We must not let anyone in Congress, the DOJ or the White House ignore these petitions.
They are admitting that they are Soft On Crime if they fail to Enforce our Federal Torture Law.

If Obama fails to appoint a Special Prosecutor HE Is essentially Admitting that he advocates a two tier sysem of Justice in America. One for you and I in which we will always be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

And another separate system of justice for Bush, Cheney and their appointee Lawyers which allows them to violate Federal Laws and our Constitution at will without fear of prosecution and with the assurance that they will be protected by their successors, in this case, President Obama and His appointee Lawyers.

President Obama, Attorney General Holder, Rep. Conyers, Senator Leahy and the rest of Congress all took an Oath Of Office and pledged to defend our Constitution and enforce our Federal Laws. Obama said "no one is above the law".

If they refuse to enforce the Federal Law on Felony Torture, are they Soft On Crime
Or did they just Lie To Us when they took their Oath Of Office?

This link will show you the Federal Law On Torture and the Penalties for Conspiracy To Torture.

Some quotes from this article by Arianna Huffington "The TortureMoment" at HuffingtonPost

This is a defining moment for America.

The way we respond or fail to respond to the revelations about the Bush administration's use of torture will delineate for ourselves and for the world the kind of country we are. And everyone engaged in our public conversation has a role to play. Isn't torture one of those things where there really is no legitimate other side? we've actually read the page -- the torture memos -- and been horrified by what we're read. So now we need to act on that horror. And we can only do that by holding accountable those responsible for authorizing the use of torture. Do the best of us really lack the conviction necessary to make sure that justice is done? Is it really only the worst of us who are full of passionate intensity? And do the best of us become the worst of us if our passionate intensity does not make the leap from words to action?

OUR US Law against Torture is a Federal Crime signed into law by President Reagan

US CODE TITLE-18, CHAPTER 113C

Food for thought.

"our union is only as perfect as we are willing to work for. It endures only to the extent that we are willing to fight for the ideals on which it is based, to do our part" from remarks by President Obama, on March 27, when Eric Holder was installed as Attorney General.

President Obama: "no one is above the law".

JPMorgan Chairman & CEO Jamie Dimon: Iraq War, Greed Contributed To Economic Collapse Remember when 9-11 happened and the price of gas rose because of war coming. Then we went after Osama in Afghanistan gas prices rose again. I could accept that, but when Bush used the Lie of WMD to invade Iraq - Gas Prices Rose Astronomically To nearly $5.00 per Gallon in many places, wrecking our economy, bankrupting companies large and small and destroying our savings, I got mad. I don't need revenge, but I do need justice. Prosecute them for the obvious violations of Federal Laws.

"If we prosecute those in America who only commit one murder,
under what theory don't we prosecute a president who is criminally responsible for over four thousand murders?
